Terms of Service.

Welcome! This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Grand Chimera LLC, doing business as Ah Web Oh! (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, our templates, tools, or services — in any manner, whether automated or otherwise — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific services. Please read them carefully. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page; continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.

Our services & plans

We design, build, host, and operate websites and front-desk automations for businesses on a monthly subscription. Our published monthly plans (currently Sunny Side and The Works) describe what each includes; we also offer a one-time To Go website, and take on custom builds and automations quoted individually.

• Minimum term, then month to month. Monthly plans (Sunny Side and The Works) carry a minimum of three paid months. The minimum starts when monthly billing starts; the free build month does not count toward it. If you cancel before the minimum is complete, the remaining months of the minimum are due. After that there is no long-term contract: you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Annual option. You may prepay twelve months of any monthly plan at a 10% discount (currently $1,080 per year for Sunny Side and $2,700 per year for The Works). The start fee and free build month apply as above. A prepaid year satisfies the minimum term, is non-refundable except where required by law, and locks your price for that year.
• $100 to get started, first month free. A one-time $100 start fee is due after your free consultation call and is non-refundable once work begins. Your first month of service is free while we build and launch; this free month is offered once per business. A valid payment card on file is required to start service, and — with your consent — monthly billing begins when your site goes live or 30 days after the start fee is paid, whichever comes first.
• To Go websites. To Go is a one-time build, not a subscription: a one-page website for $350, paid as $100 to start and $250 at delivery. It includes one round of revisions before delivery; further changes are $100 per round. It includes registration of one domain in your name and hosting for twelve months; after that, a $100 yearly renewal keeps the domain and hosting live. If you don't renew, hosting ends and the domain remains yours to renew directly with the registrar. To Go does not include forms, automations, or ongoing content updates. You may move to a monthly plan at any time, and your $100 start fee is credited toward it.
• Pricing changes. We may adjust plan pricing or features with advance notice; changes never apply retroactively to a billing period you've already paid.
• Third-party platforms. Parts of the service run on established third-party platforms (for example, our website/CRM platform and payment processors). Their availability is subject to their own terms.

Cancellation & what you keep

No hostages here. If you cancel:

• Your domain is always yours. We will never withhold a domain registered in your name, and we'll help you transfer it.
• Handover fee. A one-time $100 handover fee covers the work of transferring your domain to a registrar account you control and exporting your site's design and content, so you're never starting from zero. The fee pays for the transfer work; it is never a condition of releasing a domain registered in your name.
• Automations pause. Features that run on our platform — online booking, missed call text back, payments, reminders, review funnels, chat — stop working when your subscription ends. If you come back, we can switch them on again.
• Coming back. A business that cancels and later returns starts a new engagement: the $100 start fee applies again, the three-month minimum restarts, and the free build month is not repeated. If business texting was cancelled, carrier re-registration (10DLC) fees are billed at cost.
• Your data. We keep your system data (for example inventory, member, or guest lists) for 90 days after cancellation, available on request, and delete it after that.
• Outstanding balances remain due, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Fair use & plan limits

Our plans are flat-priced so you never watch a meter. These limits exist so one account can't run up costs that everyone else pays for; a typical local business never comes close. If you're about to cross one, we'll tell you before anything is billed.

• Texting. The Works includes up to 500 outbound text messages per month across reminders, follow-ups, missed call text back, and review requests. Additional messages are $0.05 each, billed with your next invoice. Marketing campaigns and bulk blasts are quoted separately. Carrier registration (10DLC) fees are included.
• AI chatbot. The Works includes up to 300 chatbot conversations per month. Additional conversations are $0.20 each.
• AI consulting. The Works includes one 30-minute consulting call per month.
• Content updates. Minor updates — text, photos, hours, prices, menu or service items — are included: up to two requests per month on Sunny Side and up to four on The Works, with same-week turnaround on The Works. New pages, new sections, redesigns, and new features are quoted separately.
• Your own system. Each monthly plan includes one system: one data table with standard fields, owner and staff logins, and standard list and search views. Additional tables, workflows, integrations, and reporting are custom builds quoted separately.
• One business. A plan covers one business at one location on one domain. Additional locations, brands, or domains are quoted separately.
• To Go. One page means up to six sections. A round of changes is one consolidated list of up to ten items sent within seven days of your preview. The 10-day delivery clock starts when we have your content and photos.

SMS messaging terms & compliance

Program description

This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Grand Chimera LLC dba Ah Web Oh! through our website at ahweboh.com or via our scheduling forms, and who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS text messages. These messages are informational and service-related in nature and do not include unsolicited marketing without specific consent. By providing your phone number and selecting the dedicated SMS consent option on our web forms, you expressly consent to receive automated service-related text messages from Grand Chimera LLC dba Ah Web Oh!. These messages are transactional in nature and do not include promotional content unless you have separately opted in for marketing messages.

Opt-in collection method

Users explicitly opt in to receive SMS messages at the time of providing their phone number on our web forms. By submitting your number and confirming consent, you agree to receive automated text messages related to the services you request, including reminders, confirmations, and support communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for support.

Cancellation

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the number that messaged you. We'll confirm your unsubscribe by SMS, after which you will no longer receive texts from us. To rejoin, simply opt in again as you did the first time.

Rates, carriers & eligibility

• Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies with your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your plan, contact your wireless provider.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.
• You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications. For privacy-related inquiries, see our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Our limited license to you

This Site and all materials available on it are the property of Grand Chimera LLC dba Ah Web Oh! and/or our affiliates or licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Unless explicitly authorized, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works from, exploit, or distribute any material from the Site — though you may download or print one copy of individual pages for personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact.

Client websites

Websites and automations we build for subscribing clients are licensed to the client for the duration of their subscription and operated on our platform. On cancellation, the client keeps their domain and receives their site's design and content as described in Cancellation & what you keep above. Tooling, templates, internal systems, and know-how we use to build and run client sites remain ours.

Your license to us

By posting or submitting material to us via the Site or other digital venues (including comments, photos, reviews, and business content you provide for your website), you represent that you own the material or have obtained the necessary permissions, and you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, transmit, exploit, create derivative works from, distribute, and publicly display such material — for example, to build and operate your website and showcase our work.

Disclaimers & results

The Site may link to third-party websites; linking does not imply endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. The information, products, and services offered on or through the Site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Results vary. Case studies, statistics, and examples on our Site reflect real experiences of specific businesses. They are illustrations, not promises — your results depend on your market, your service, and factors outside anyone's control. We commit to honest, quality work; we do not guarantee rankings, lead volume, or revenue.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grand Chimera LLC dba Ah Web Oh!, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your breach of any obligation, warranty, or representation under these Terms.

Online commerce & third parties

Certain sections of the Site may allow you to purchase products or services from third-party vendors. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of third-party products and services. If you purchase from a third party linked through the Site, information obtained during your visit — including payment information — may be collected by both the merchant and us. Your dealings with third-party vendors are solely between you and the third party, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from such dealings.

Accounts & passwords

Some features (such as the client portal) require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately at [email protected]. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to do so.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct we deem inappropriate or unlawful. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site and any content obtained from it. The cancellation commitments in Cancellation & what you keep still apply to paying clients in good standing.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, where Grand Chimera LLC dba Ah Web Oh! operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its effective date at the top.
