Our services & plans
We design, build, host, and operate websites and front-desk automations for businesses on a monthly subscription. Our published plans (currently Sunny Side and The Works) describe what each includes; we also take on custom builds and automations quoted individually.
- Month to month. There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
- No setup fee, first month free. We don't charge a setup fee, and your first month is free while we build and launch. A valid payment card on file is required to start service, and — with your consent — billing begins in month two.
- Pricing changes. We may adjust plan pricing or features with advance notice; changes never apply retroactively to a billing period you've already paid.
- Third-party platforms. Parts of the service run on established third-party platforms (for example, our website/CRM platform and payment processors). Their availability is subject to their own terms.
Cancellation & what you keep
No hostages here. If you cancel:
- Your domain is always yours. We will never withhold a domain registered in your name, and we'll help you transfer it.
- Design & content handover. On request, we'll provide your site's design and content so you're never starting from zero.
- Automations pause. Features that run on our platform — online booking, missed call text back, payments, reminders, review funnels, chat — stop working when your subscription ends. If you come back, we can switch them on again.
- Outstanding balances remain due, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
SMS messaging terms & compliance
Program description
This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Grand Chimera LLC dba Ah Web Oh! through our website at ahweboh.com or via our scheduling forms, and who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS text messages. These messages are informational and service-related in nature and do not include unsolicited marketing without specific consent. By providing your phone number and selecting the dedicated SMS consent option on our web forms, you expressly consent to receive automated service-related text messages from Grand Chimera LLC dba Ah Web Oh!. These messages are transactional in nature and do not include promotional content unless you have separately opted in for marketing messages.
Opt-in collection method
Users explicitly opt in to receive SMS messages at the time of providing their phone number on our web forms. By submitting your number and confirming consent, you agree to receive automated text messages related to the services you request, including reminders, confirmations, and support communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for support.
Cancellation
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the number that messaged you. We'll confirm your unsubscribe by SMS, after which you will no longer receive texts from us. To rejoin, simply opt in again as you did the first time.

Rates, carriers & eligibility
- Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies with your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your plan, contact your wireless provider.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.
- You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications. For privacy-related inquiries, see our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Our limited license to you
This Site and all materials available on it are the property of Grand Chimera LLC dba Ah Web Oh! and/or our affiliates or licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Site is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Unless explicitly authorized, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works from, exploit, or distribute any material from the Site — though you may download or print one copy of individual pages for personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact.
Client websites
Websites and automations we build for subscribing clients are licensed to the client for the duration of their subscription and operated on our platform. On cancellation, the client keeps their domain and receives their site's design and content as described in Cancellation & what you keep above. Tooling, templates, internal systems, and know-how we use to build and run client sites remain ours.
Your license to us
By posting or submitting material to us via the Site or other digital venues (including comments, photos, reviews, and business content you provide for your website), you represent that you own the material or have obtained the necessary permissions, and you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, transmit, exploit, create derivative works from, distribute, and publicly display such material — for example, to build and operate your website and showcase our work.
Disclaimers & results
The Site may link to third-party websites; linking does not imply endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. The information, products, and services offered on or through the Site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Results vary. Case studies, statistics, and examples on our Site reflect real experiences of specific businesses. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of third-party products and services. If you purchase from a third party linked through the Site, information obtained during your visit — including payment information — may be collected by both the merchant and us. Your dealings with third-party vendors are solely between you and the third party, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from such dealings.
Accounts & passwords
Some features (such as the client portal) require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct we deem inappropriate or unlawful. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site and any content obtained from it. The cancellation commitments in Cancellation & what you keep still apply to paying clients in good standing.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, where Grand Chimera LLC dba Ah Web Oh! operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.
